These are
turbulent times!
Radical Islam is clearly on the rise, and every day
we hear the news media reporting on the dangers that exist worldwide. ISIS now
has hundreds of thousands of fighters. It is a well-funded terrorist army that
is swallowing up other insurgent groups, and it is recruiting people from all
over the world—the Middle East, Europe, Britain, North Africa, and even the
United States.
ISIS is determined to control the illicit flow of
oil throughout the Middle East and Europe as they seek to destroy any way of
life that conflicts with their extremist views.
Iran is clearly intent on developing nuclear
weapons. Messy political and social transitions seem to be the norm in Egypt,
Tunisia, Libya, and Yemen, where autocrats have been toppled.
And Syria is on the verge of disintegrating, meaning
that the Islamist militant group Hezbollah has lost its main ally.
Change is coming!
Ironically, while the Middle East and North Africa
have changed drastically within the past few months and years, former enemies
are becoming allies. A direct result is that Israel is developing into a safer
place as neighboring Jordan, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia are now fighting ISIS.
Meanwhile, it’s clear that America’s power and
influence in the world have been weakened.
Greece has just reached a breaking point, rifts are
deepening despite emergency Eurozone summits, and the collapse of monetary
systems continues to fester throughout a number of nations.
Sadly, no one seems to have the answers.
Many of these events would have been unthinkable in
the past, except to those of us who have studied biblical prophecy!
During this time when prophetic events are reshaping
the entire world, our nation and the Church should be standing stronger than
ever. Yet we are seeing the exact opposite happen on every side.
The Church’s influence has been dramatically
weakened. Few would argue that fact!
Did you ever think the time would arrive when
well-known ministers would begin openly espousing heretical doctrines?
Worse, would you have imagined a day when many
Christian leaders would no longer lift their voices to proclaim clear-cut
biblical teaching about the sobering issues of the day?
Unthinkable!
The Bible refers to “the great falling away.” This
time was prophesied in Scripture:
“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except
there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of
perdition” (2 Thessalonians 2:3)
And now we are literally seeing this prophecy come
true, right in front of our eyes, heralded every day on worldwide news reports!
Paul wrote:
“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall
depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of
devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot
iron” (1 Timothy 4:1-2).
He was obviously speaking about today.
Over the past 30 to 40 years, we’ve seen such a
dramatic revolution among those proclaiming the Christian faith. The
unwillingness of leaders to talk about what the Scriptures really say continues
to weaken the viewpoint of what Christianity really is.
As prophetic events reshape the entire world, and
the Church continues to decline, let me state unequivocally that during this
time of impending danger, we must be open to opportunities as God readies us
for what happens during the coming weeks and months!
I truly believe that the greatest revival in the
history of mankind is nearly upon us!
And I am writing to tell you that I am not going to
abandon the deeply held beliefs about what the Scriptures clearly state. Nor
will I stop lifting my voice to unapologetically preach the Gospel of Jesus
Christ!
I am more determined than ever to “earnestly contend
for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints” (Jude 3). And I know
that I must do as the Scriptures command, for:
“Necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the
gospel!” (1 Corinthians 9:16).
Regardless of what is happening here in America and
around the world, I truly believe we have only one last chance to take our
country and our world back—to lead people to the foot of Calvary’s cross!
But we have only a limited time to openly share the
message of salvation unless things change quickly.
Your Greatest
Weapon!
As I write these words to you, I’m more determined
than ever to answer God’s call! I’ve never felt that stronger! I’ve never
wanted to reach the world for Christ more than I do today. God is powerfully
preparing me for the coming days.
With all that I am, I can assure you that my
ministry is moving ahead full-speed to share the Good News both here and all
over the world. We will not give up! I cannot stop!
America desperately needs this message that Christ
is the only Answer—now, more than ever!
The world needs this message—and I’m asking you to
say “yes!” to taking the unshakable, unchangeable message of the Gospel of
Jesus Christ to the nations.
It would be easy to throw up our hands and surrender
to the “inevitable.” In fact, I’ve even heard some believers say, “What can I
do? I’m just one person in the face of so many who don’t believe.”
You have the ability and opportunity to change our
nation and the world, and your greatest weapon is the seed you plant toward the
spreading of the Gospel!
With that seed and your prayers, you can take a
stand and make a difference for all eternity!
