The Secret Things Of GOD

THE MYSTERY OF GOD
The Secret Things Of GOD

"The Secret things belong to The Lord our God, but the things revealed belong to us..." Deuteronomy 29:29

There are secrets The LORD our GOD has not revealed to us, but 'the things revealed' which belong to us are knowledge and wisdom and the treasures of Heaven which are GOD-given to us so that we may follow all the written Words (the Logos) of His Law.
Friendship with God is reserved for those who reverence Him.
"The Secret of The Lord is with them that fear Him; and He will show them His covenant."
Psalm 25:14

The Presence of The Lord is Secret.
"Thou shalt hide them in the Secret of Thy Presence..."
Psalm 31:20

"He that dwelleth in the Secret Place of The Most High..."
Psalm 91:1

Also, The Lord made us in 'the secret place.'
"My frame was not hidden from You when I was made in the secret place..." Psalm 139:15

God's Secret is His friendship. When we become friends of God, we receive grace to come into His Presence, and to receive from Him of His heavenly blessings. Friendship with GOD grants us access to His heavenly treasures.
The more our relationship with Him develops, the more He reveals Himself to us, and the more that we gain access to His heavenly resources.
The LORD reveals His secret plans to His prophets who are His 'mouth-piece'.
"Surely The Lord God will do nothing, but He revealeth His Secret unto His servants the prophets."
Amos 3:17 KJV

When Christ came to the earth, He spoke to the crowd in parables; showing lessons from history, stories handed down from former generations. This was noted prophetically as: 'dark sayings of old' (Psa.78:2-4).
God chooses to reveal some things to His people, and some other things to kings, and rulers.
"It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter" Proverbs 25:2

"The Secret of The Lord is with them that fear Him; and He will show them His covenant." Psalm 25:14

All of the discoveries, inventions and advancement by men are nothing compared to 'the Secret Things of God.' Therefore, let us remember Paul's words concerning what The LORD has entrusted to us:
"So then, men ought to regard us as servants of Christ and as those entrusted with the Secret Things of God."
I Corinthians 4:1
