THE HOLY SPIRIT SHALL GIVE YOU STRENGTH WHEN A BATTLE HAS LEFT YOU WEAK

The Holy Spirit imparts Power.

When the battle has left you drained and empty and you can’t rise, The Holy Spirit enters.

He gives strength to the weary

  and increases the power of the weak.

  Even youths grow tired and weary,

  and young men stumble and fall;

  but those who hope in The Lord

  will renew their strength.

They will soar on wings like eagles;

  they will run and not grow weary,

  they will walk and not be faint.

Isa 40:29-31 NIV

Be encouraged in The LORD.

The Holy Spirit responds to your enemies.

  …I will be an enemy to your enemies and will   oppose those who oppose you.

Ex.23:22b NIV

The Holy Spirit shall raise up a standard…

  When the enemy shall come in like a flood, The        Spirit of The Lord shall lift up a standard against  him.

Isa 59:19b KJV

You will experience a supernatural rest from your warfare.

   My soul finds Rest in God alone;

Rapture and The Second Coming

Here is a picture of what The Day Of The LORD would be:

Blow the trumpet in Zion;

sound the alarm on My holy hill.

Let all who live in the land tremble,

for The Day Of The LORD is coming.

It is close at hand —

a day of darkness and gloom,

a day of clouds and blackness.

Like dawn spreading across the mountains

a large and mighty army comes,

such as never was of old

nor ever will be in ages to come.

Before them fire devours,

behind them a flame blazes.

Before them the land is like the garden of Eden,

behind them, a desert waste —

nothing escapes them.

They have the appearance of horses;

they gallop along like cavalry.

With a noise like that of chariots

they leap over the mountaintops,

like a crackling fire consuming stubble,

like a mighty army drawn up for battle.

At the sight of them, nations are in anguish;

every face turns pale.

They charge like warriors;

they scale walls like soldiers.

They all march in line,

not swerving from their course.

They do not jostle each other;

each marches straight ahead.

They plunge through defenses

without breaking ranks.

They rush upon the city;

they run along the wall.

They climb into the houses;

like thieves they enter through the windows.

Before them the earth shakes,

the sky trembles,

the sun and moon are darkened,

and the stars no longer shine.

The LORD thunders

at the head of His army;

His forces are beyond number,

and mighty are those who obey His Command.

The Day Of The LORD is great;

it is dreadful.

Who can endure it?

Joel 2:1-11

Just before “The Day Of The LORD”, immediately after “the Great Tribulation” would be “The Second Coming”.

The disciples of Jesus asked Him of when the Great Tribulation will occur in the world, in such time of distress and trouble when the collapse of the wall of Jerusalem will take place. They also inquired to know from Him, what will be "the sign of His Coming" and "the sign of the end of the age".

So here, from this passage of the Scripture we learnt that, there is: a time appointed for the greatest distress of the whole world, "the sign of Christ’s Coming" and "the sign of the end of the age" (Matthew 24:3).

 "At that time the sign of The Son of Man will appear in the sky…”

This would be the signal of Christ’s Second Coming, appearing in the heavens—the attesting miracle of the Son of Man in the clouds. And there will be deep mourning all around the world. People of all the tribes of the earth will mourn. There shall be great anguish and perplexity everywhere, when they see the Son of Man coming in the clouds of heaven with great Power and Glory [in brilliancy and splendor].

The LORD will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of the heaven to the other (the farthest ends of the earth and heaven). 

“Look, He is Coming with the clouds,

  and every eye will see Him,

  even those who pierced Him;

  and all the peoples of the earth will mourn because of Him.

      So shall it be! Amen.

Rev 1:7 NIV

The Second Coming Of Christ would be for the Redemption of Israel—the Israel that is by faith.

Men will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken.

At that time they will see The Son of Man Coming in a cloud with Power and great Glory.

When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near."

Luke 21:26-28 NIV

Before GOD releases His wrath upon the earth—upon the inhabitants of the earth who worship the beast and received his mark, the angels will put a seal on the foreheads of the servants of GOD (read Revelation 7:1-8).

The Battle of Armageddon (a spiritual-physical warfare) will be fought at the time of The Day Of The LORD (read Revelation 16:12-14, 16). The emptying of The Seven Bowls of the Seven Plagues of GOD's Wrath upon the earth in Revelation 15:5-8; 16:1-21 and GOD's Army which will Invade like Locusts in Joel 2:1-11 will coincide in the same season—in the time of event called The Day Of The LORD.

Gathering of the Elect.

  "Immediately after the distress of those days

  "'the sun will be darkened,

    and the moon will not give its light;

    the stars will fall from the sky,

    and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.' 

  "At that time the sign of The Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see The Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with Power and great Glory. And He will send His angels with a loud Trumpet Call, and they will gather His elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.

Matt 24:29-31 NIV

This will take place immediately after the Great Tribulation.

The Gathering of the Elect is ‘a second rapture’ which will take place in The Second Coming Of Christ.

The Great Tribulation which will take place after the Rapture, would be a time of distress, and persecution, and trouble in the whole world. A time of the greatest distress that the world has ever known, because the anti-Christ will hold sway the whole world politically, religiously and economically in 3 ½ years or forty-two months shortly after the Rapture. The anti-Christ will carry-out his evil work through his false prophet (read Revelation 13).

 

Immediately after the tribulation of those days, there will be signs in the sun, moon and stars: the sun shall be darkened, the moon shall not give its light, the stars of the heavens and their constellations and the meteors shall fall from the heavens. The heavens will be black above them and the powers overshadowing the earth will be convulsed.

“The powers of the heavens” will be shaken—this speaks of the despotisms: the principalities and powers, world rulers, the rulers of darkness which are the spiritual wickedness in heavenly places—the spirit forces of wickedness in the supernatural sphere. These are disembodied opponents in the evil domain which the saints contend with.

Demons are pre-Adamic, they are the evil rulers of the unseen world—the fallen angels which were cast down with Lucifer to the earth; that caused the devastation of the earth as seen in Genesis 1:2.

Presently, those evil beings have occupied the second heaven and strategic places in the spirit world. They have built evil supernatural strongholds against the Truth and against The Kingdom Of GOD and against the saints. In Ephesians 2:2, satan is called: “the prince of the power of the air” or “the ruler of the kingdom of the air”.

But, when the entire realm of "the second heaven" is shaken, those satanic beings and great evil princes of darkness who rule this world will jerk and tremble. Those huge numbers of wicked spirits in the spirit world will shudder and quiver, and will be cast down.

This is why at that time, no light will shine from stars or sun or moon. These things will occur when the powers in space will be driven from their courses, when they shall be disorganized. Prophet Isaiah records, “…the rising sun will be darkened and the moon will not give its light” (ch.13:10b NIV).

All the stars of the heavens will be dissolved

and the sky rolled up like a scroll;

all the starry host will fall

like withered leaves from the vine,

like shriveled figs from the fig tree

(ch.34:4 NIV).

This passage stresses that at such time, after the trouble of those days; there will be sudden, violent, irregular movements of the heavenly bodies. The uncontrollable movements will cause this cataclysm which is also described in Joel 2:30-31

 “I will show wonders in the heavens

   and on the earth,

   blood and fire and billows of smoke.

   The sun will be turned to darkness

   and the moon to blood

   before the coming of the great and dreadful Day of The      LORD.

The Second Coming Of Christ will be vivid, crystal clear and brilliant to the eyes of the whole world

For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be The Coming of The Son of Man

Matt 24:27 NIV

The LORD will send His angels with a loud Trumpet Call; they shall gather His chosen ones from the uttermost parts of the earth.

The Rapture and The Second Coming will evidently take place because, Jesus died and rose again and so God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in Him. He has become for us “The Resurrection And The Life”.

At the Rapture, The Lord Himself will come down from Heaven, with a loud Command, with the Voice of the Archangel and with the Trumpet Call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. The naturally-living saints on the earth shall simultaneously be caught up along with the resurrected dead     in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.

But, in The Gathering of the Elect, there will be signs in the heavens and the powers of the heavens” will be shaken, the sign of The Son of Man will appear in the sky, the nations will mourn when they see The Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with Power and great Glory. Then, The LORD will send His angels with a loud Trumpet Call, and they will gather His elect from the four corners of the earth.

The Church Age ends at The Rapture and we are already in the season of the Rapture!

The Redemption of Israel will be done at The Second Coming.

The Day of The LORD, which will be a time of GOD’s wrath against the anti-Christ, the false prophet, the wicked and the ungodly of the earth, will be preceded by The Second Coming of Christ.

Rapture of the Bride of Christ (the redeemed saints).

“We believe that Jesus died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have

fallen asleep in Him.

According to The Lord's Own Word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left till The Coming of The Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep.

For The Lord Himself will come down from Heaven, with a loud Command, with the Voice of the Archangel and with the Trumpet Call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.

After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet The Lord in the air. And so we will be with The Lord forever.”

1 Thess 4:14-17 NIV

This will take place before the Great Tribulation.

The Day of Rapture will not come until two things happen:

first, there will be a time of great rebellion against God.

Secondly, the man of sin will be revealed—the anti-Christ

who is "the son of hell"

“Don't let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction.”

2 Thess 2:3 NIV

The anti-Christ will be revealed in his time.

The coming of "the lawless one" will be in accordance with the work of satan.

The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing.

2 Thess 2:9-10 NIV

What is the mystery of iniquity?

It is satan's secret power of lawlessness against God.

The anti-Christ and his false prophet will work with 'a lying spirit'.

The anti-Christ will operate with a strong delusion—'the lie'

(v.11).

Jesus Christ will overcome "the lawless one" by His Holy Spirit—The One Who is "The Breath of His Mouth", and by the Splendor of His Coming (v.8).

Jesus died and then came back to life again, and at Rapture, He will raise up all the Christians who have fallen asleep in Him. Therefore, Rapture is a death and resurrection experience.

Only through Christ Jesus—death will be swallowed up in victory.

At the time of Rapture, all GOD’s children who are still physically alive (in the flesh), shall in no way precede into His Presence (with Heavenly bodies) ahead of those who have fallen asleep [the glorified saints who are already in Heaven with The LORD].

All the saints who are still alive at that time shall not have any advantage at all over those who have previously died naturally in The Lord.

Then, “The LORD Himself will come down from Heaven, with a loud Command, with the Voice of the Archangel and with the Trumpet Call of God…”

The LORD will come with “a great Voice like the calling of a war trumpet” (Rev.1:10 AMP).

He will come with a “shout”—with the Voice of the Archangel, and with the Trump of GOD (read I Thess.4:16 KJV). The Living Bible puts it this way:

  “…a mighty shout…and with the soul-stirring cry of the  Archangel and the great Trumpet-Call of God.”

Revised Standard Version says:

  “…a cry of Command, with the Archangel's Call, and with the sound of the Trumpet of God.

Amplified Version records:

  “… a loud cry of summons, with the shout of an Archangel, and with the blast of the Trumpet of God.

And Complete Jewish Bible reveals:

  “…a rousing cry, with a Call from one of the ruling angels, and with God’s shofar…”

"Shofar" [Heb.] is a ram's horn; used as a Hebrew wind musical instrument.

Only those who hear The Voice of the Archangel and the sound of the Trumpet will rise from the dead.

Then, ‘the dead in Christ’ will rise first, rapt in His Power. In other words:  “those who died united with the Messiah will be the first to rise”.

And when all the believers who have departed this life in Christ rises first; all who are still clothed in flesh, yet alive in Christ also, shall simultaneously be caught up (with new bodies) along with the resurrected dead in the clouds to meet The LORD in the air.

At this instance, the physical bodies of millions of saints will fall to the earth—dead; this will result to a great pandemonium in the world, to those left behind. The corpses of ‘the Raptured saints’ will lie everywhere, in every nation—the world will not have enough grave to bury the dead!

Even as we are gathered up to meet Him Who is “The Alpha And Omega, The First And The Last”, even so always through the Eternity of the Eternities we shall be with The LORD!

THE HOLY SPIRIT HAS A DANGEROUS SIDE

The Holy Spirit has a dangerous side. He can be against those who persist in rebellion.

The Holy Spirit is an example of agreement and cooperation.

He stays in agreement with The Father and The Son.

Unity is His trademark.

Conflict angers Him.

He is The Spirit Of Peace and Love. Love is His nature. He is The Spirit Of Christ.

The Holy Spirit responds to rebellion .

  Yet they rebelled

  and grieved his Holy Spirit.

  So he turned and became their enemy

  and he himself fought against them.

Isa. 63:10 NIV

Oh, it is a fatal and deadly day when The Holy Spirit is finally vexed. First, He is quenched, then offended, grieved, and finally vexed. That is a devastating day in any life.

When you ignore the warnings of The Holy Spirit, there is no other source for help.

  If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have      received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice   for sins is left, but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume the  enemies of God.

Heb 10:26-28 NIV
