Just like a person may be able to speak in tongues
unknown to him, so another may be able to interpret languages he never learned.
A tongue can be interpreted which might be used by a
"prophet" in communication.
If anyone speaks in a tongue, two — or at the most three —
should speak, one at a time, and someone must interpret.
