Word says about 'Mysteries of the Ages,' future trouble and conflicts, wars,
plagues, woes, future blessings, destinies of nations, rise and fall of
Empires, Triumph of the True Church, Triumphant Christ, the Antichrist’s
Defeat, and Satan’s Defeat?
Revelation 12 prophesies and reveals “the Woman” (‘a great
wonder’- Church of The Firstborn), the Child (The Son of God), and the dragon (Satan
the devil).
It gives us a narrative of 'the War in Heaven'
in which 'the great dragon' and his angels were cast out.
It also prophesies of 'the War on Earth' in which 'the dragon'
that was cast to the earth, persecutes "the Woman" who gave birth to
"the Man-Child."
Revelation 13 speaks of 'the first' and 'the second beast' [the
antichrist and his false prophet].
These two passages do not present the sequence of "The
Great Tribulation,"
but their fulfillment is already happening right now!
"The Great Tribulation" will be a time of great horror
than anything the world has ever seen
or will ever see again.
A time when the world goes from 'the beginning of sorrows' to a
time of persecution,
tribulation, and martyrdom.
NEXT MAJOR-EVENT
The Great Tribulation
“And they overcame him by the blood of The Lamb, and by the word
of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death”
Revelation 12:11 KJV
“The Great Tribulation” will be the continuation of
‘the War that started in Heaven’—it will be ‘a War on Earth.’
The Fourth Seal
And when He had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth
beast say, Come and see.
And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on
him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over
the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with
death, and with the beasts of the earth.
Revelation 6:7-8 KJV
“The Fourth Seal” is the time of “The Great
Tribulation.”
This
was ‘the War in Heaven’:
And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought
against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in
heaven.
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the
Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the
earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
Rev.12:7-9 KJV
Even as the great dragon was cast out, Heaven foreknew
and proclaimed that, the saints “overcame
him by the Blood of The Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they loved
not their lives unto death.”
And I heard a loud voice saying in Heaven, Now is come salvation,
and strength, and the Kingdom of our God, and the Power of His Christ: for the
accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and
night.
And they overcame him by the Blood of The Lamb, and by the word
of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Rev.12:10-11 KJV
For
now is come Salvation and Strength, and The Kingdom of our God, and The Power
of His Christ!
Therefore, we overcome ‘the great dragon!’
We overcome ‘that old serpent!’
We overcome Satan the devil who deceives the whole
world!
We overcome ‘the accuser of brethren!’
We overcame him long-time ago in Heaven, even before
‘the War on Earth’ will actually begin!
“…the dragon fought and his angels” (v.7).
“…he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out
with him” (v.9)
“The great dragon” was cast out of Heaven ‘with his
angels’—he was cast out with the company of angels under his command.
Arch-Angel Michael has his angels under his
command—‘war angels.’
Likewise, Arch-Angel Gabriel has his company of
angels—‘messenger angels.’
Verse 12 states:
“Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to
the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto
you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time” (KJV).
The word “heavens”
in this passage refer to ‘the three heavens’—‘the third, the second, and the
first heavens.’ But, in verse 7, where is stated: “And there was war in heaven…” only referred to ‘the third Heaven’
(‘the Heaven of heavens’).
This
is ‘the War on Earth’ which will soon occur in these last-days:
And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he
persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.
And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she
might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a
time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the
woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.
And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth,
and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war
with the remnant of her seed, which keep the Commandments of God, and have the
Testimony of Jesus Christ.
Rev.12:13-17 KJV
The saints on earth must be prepared to lay down their
lives for Christ, at any time!
“…they loved not their lives unto the death” (Rev. 12:11 KJV)
In ‘the War on Earth’ will be persecution,
tribulation, and martyrdom.
Satan the dragon is enraged with the Church of Jesus
Christ, and so he goes to make war against the saints (“offspring of the woman”) who keep The Word of God and witness of
Jesus.
Then the dragon became angry at the woman, and he declared war
against the rest of her children — all who keep God's Commandments and confess
that they belong to Jesus.
Rev. 12:17 NLT
Satan will make war against the saints, and against
Israel through “the antichrist.”
“The antichrist” is given authority to act for 42 months;
which is 3 ½ years (Rev. 13:5b)—he will be given the power to make war with the
saints, and to overcome them—and he will be given power over all kindreds, and
tongues, and nations (see Rev. 13:7).
Revelation chapter 13 reveals the secret of the
formation of his government on earth, and the source of his power.
GOD’s Word of Prophecy states the finality of this
war:
“…the
saints overcome the dragon by The Blood of The Lamb and by the Word of their
testimony, and they loved not their lives unto death.”
Only those who keep the Commandments of God and the
Faith of Jesus can come out of “The Great Tribulation” with their robes washed
in “The Blood of The Lamb.”
This is “the
patience of the saints.”
“The antichrist” is “Death” who will ride on the ‘pale
horse’ of “The Fourth Seal.”
All the forces of hell; principalities, powers, rulers
of the darkness of this world, spiritual wickedness in high places, and all demons
under Satan’s command will be united under his government on earth—against
GOD’s Kingdom purposes on earth, and against GOD’s people.
Rev 6:7-8 KJV
In “The Fourth Seal,” “the antichrist” will kill with
“sword”—worse than he killed with his ‘great sword’ in “The Second Seal” (see
Rev. 6:4).
In this ‘Fourth Seal,’ he will kill with
“hunger”—worse than he hurting the populace by his systematic economic depression
and global economic reset in “The Third Seal.”
And, in this ‘Fourth Seal,’ he is “Death”—‘the enemy and killer of
mankind’—he will kill ‘a fourth of the earth’ with “death” and by “the beasts
of the earth.”
He is “the man
of sin”—“the son of perdition”—“Wicked”
(lawless one) who ‘opposes and exalts
himself above all that is called GOD, or that is worshipped.’
Through ‘his image’—“the image of the beast,” he will enact a law that as many as would
not worship ‘the image of the beast’ should be killed.
Revelation 12:11 speaks of “the martyr saints of
Jesus” who will be killed in ‘The Great Tribulation,’ while, Revelation 12:6
prophesies of “the Israel of God’s Election” who will be protected and
preserved during the time of ‘The Great Tribulation.’
One group is ‘a great multitude’ which came out of
‘The Great Tribulation,’ and washed their robes and made them white in The
Blood of The Lamb.
‘The other group’ “fled into the wilderness—a place of
safety, prepared by GOD—where they will be fed and nourished for 1260
days—which is the 42 months reign of ‘the beast’— 3 ½ years of ‘The Great Tribulation.’
“The false
prophet”—‘the second beast’ of Revelation 13 will execute the authority of “the
antichrist”—“the beast.” He will speak and act on behalf of “the beast”—he will
cause the earth and those who live in it to worship “the antichrist” for the
diabolical healing of his wound, he will perform great lying wonders in the
sight of men, he will set up “the image of the beast” and give life to it.
He will cause ‘all, both small and great, rich and
poor, free and bond,’ to receive “the mark of the beast” in their right hand,
or in their foreheads, and setup a global economic mechanism that will prevent
people from buying or selling without the mark, or the name of the beast, or
the number of his name (read Rev.13:11-18).
Through “the image of the beast,” he will issue a
decree that as many as would not worship ‘the image of the beast’ should be
killed.
By the pronouncement of this judgement by the diabolical ‘image of the beast,’ many who hold-unto The Word of God and The Testimony of Jesus will be slain. John the Apostle saw a revelation of the souls of these martyrs of Jesus, under the altar, in the next ‘Seal.’
The Fifth Seal
And when He had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the
souls of them that were slain for the Word of God, and for the Testimony which
they held:
And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, Holy
and True, dost Thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the
earth?
And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was
said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their
fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were,
should be fulfilled.
Revelation 6:9-11 KJV
“The souls seen under the altar” by Apostle John, were
‘souls of the martyr saints of Jesus.’
This is the golden altar that is before God’s Throne.
Upon this altar, the prayers, the intercessions, and
supplications of all saints are offered (see Rev. 8:3).
GOD Almighty will have to hear the cry of His martyrs—He
is The Sovereign Lord over all creation, The Righteous Judge to whom vengeance
belong. He is Holy and True. But, His faithful martyrs will have to ‘rest for a
little season’ until "their fellowservants" and "their
brethren" have fulfilled 'their course'. Their persecutors, and
executioners can only kill the body, and after that there is no more that they
can do; their souls live—and are forever alive with The Lord.
The word “fellowservants”
(v.11) in this context refer to
prophets, and “brethren” are saints.
It is not their own death, but the sacrifice of
Christ, that gives them a reception into Heaven and great reward there; their
robes are not washed in their own blood, but in The Blood of The Lamb.
They believed The Word of God, and confessed it as the
Truth—through their lifetime on earth. They testified of Jesus to the world;
this profession of their faith they held fast without wavering, and they died
for it. A noble cause, the best that a man can lay down his life for-faith in
God's Word and a confession of that faith.
The number of “the martyrs” are not given, but when
their predestined number is fulfilled, God will take a just revenge upon their
cruel enemies; He will recompense tribulation to those who trouble them. They
were faithful in their witness to God, and so they shall enter into Eternal
Rest. They shall walk with Jesus in white.
There is a predestined number of God’s servants the
prophets — who will finish their ministry on earth as “martyrs of Jesus.”
Likewise, there is a number of the saints who would be slain as martyrs.
Their ‘total number’ will be completed before the end
of “The Great Tribulation.” At completion, they are ‘a Great Multitude’—‘a
company of martyrs’ as revealed in Revelation 7.
No one could number these multitudes of every nation,
tribe, people, and tongue.
There is a divine glory that await “the martyrs of
Jesus.” For they were slain (beheaded) for their testimony of Jesus, and for The
Word of God —“…they loved not their lives unto the death” (Rev. 12:11 KJV).
They had not worshipped “the beast”, neither his
image, neither had they received his mark upon their foreheads, nor in their
hands.
They have become “overcomers” of Christ.
The glories of “the martyrs of Jesus” far outweighs
all the honors, and privileges of this world.
As “remnant of The Seed of the woman" (Rev.
12:17), they kept “the Commandments of God” and held to “the Testimony of Jesus
Christ” in the time of “The Great Tribulation.”
They overcame by “The
Blood of The Lamb,” and by “the Word
of their Testimony.”
In Revelation chapter 6 verse 10 “the souls” seen
under the altar cried with a loud voice, “How long, O Lord, Holy and True, dost Thou not judge and
avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?”
But, when they become “spirits of just men made perfect,” they shall stand before the
Throne of God, and before The Lamb, clothed in white robes, they will shout
with loud voices saying, "Salvation belongs to our God Who sits on the throne, and to
The Lamb!" (Rev 7:10 NKJV)
And, because they ‘obtained a good report through
faith,’ they shall be welcomed into “the general assembly” and “Church of The Firstborn”
by Jesus Christ Himself — The Mediator of The New Covenant.
John saw the souls of those that were slain, he saw
them under the altar; at 'the foot of the altar,' before God's Throne, in The
Most Holy Place; he saw them in Heaven, at 'the foot of Christ.'
"The Fifth Seal" reveals the outcome of
event of "The Fourth Seal."
The decorum of this vision was simply for John to observe the outcome of event of "The Fourth Seal."
The Sixth Seal
And I beheld when He had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there
was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the
moon became as blood;
And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree
casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.
And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together;
and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men,
and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free
man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;
And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from
the face of Him that sitteth on the throne, and from the Wrath of The Lamb:
For the Great Day of His Wrath is come; and who shall be able to
stand?
Revelation 6:12-17 KJV
In “The Sixth Seal” is a great earthquake, darkened
sun, blood-moon, falling of stars, sky receding as scroll, mountains and
islands moving out of place – as kings, great men, rich men, mighty-men, slaves
and free men hide in the rocks and caves.
The opening of this ‘Seal’ will be ‘Heaven’s
announcement’ of “The Great Day of God’s Wrath.” It will be a prophetic
declaration of divine judgement that is already passed against ‘Babylon,’ and against an ungodly earth,
and against “the rulers of darkness of
this world.”
This is why verse 17 asks the question:
“For the Great Day of His Wrath is come; and who shall be able to
stand?”
The actual execution of ‘The Great Day of His
Wrath’—which is ‘the Wrath of The Lamb’ mentioned in verse 16, will be in “The
Seventh Seal.”
Our Lord Jesus said in Matthew 24
“Immediately after
the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not
give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the
heavens shall be shaken…” (v. 29 KJV)
This prophecy directly refers to “The Sixth Seal” of
Revelation chapter 6.
The two separate passages of the Scriptures reveal the
same thing:
“… the sun be darkened…” (Mt. 24:29 KJV)
“… the sun became black
as sackcloth of hair…” (Rev. 6:12 KJV)
“… the moon shall not give
her light…” (Mt. 24:29 KJV)
“… and the moon became as
blood…” (Rev. 6:12 KJV)
“… the stars shall fall
from heaven…” (Mt. 24:29 KJV)
“… the stars of heaven
fell unto the earth…” (Rev. 6:13 KJV)
In Revelation 6:14 ‘the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together.’
Why”
Because ‘the powers of the heavens are shaken’ (ref. Mt.
24:29)
“…every mountain and island were moved out of their places” (Rev. 6:14)
144,000 Elect Sealed
After an ‘Announcement of Divine Judgment’ by the
opening of “The Sixth Seal,” the 144,000 God’s Elect are sealed.
And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four
corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should
not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.
And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal
of The Living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom
it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till
we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were
sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children
of Israel.
Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of
Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve
thousand.
Of the tribe of Aser were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of
Nepthali were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Manasses were sealed
twelve thousand.
Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe
of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar were sealed
twelve thousand.
Of the tribe of Zabulon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe
of Joseph were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed
twelve thousand.
Revelation 7:1-8 KJV
These “servants of God” will be sealed on their
foreheads at this time, just as “the Great Multitude” in white robes – who came
out of “The Great Tribulation” were sealed—having The Father’s Name written on
their foreheads (see Rev. 14:1).
These two ‘companies’ or ‘groups’ are so dear and
important to THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY. That’s why they are both recorded in the
same chapter:
144,000 Elect
Sealed – Revelation 7:1-8
Great
Multitude in white robes – Revelation 7:9-17
They are both recorded in Revelation chapter 7.
“Seven” is the number of Perfection (Completion)—and
so, this chapter bears testimony to the Perfect Will of God which they will
both accomplish before ‘the Day of Resurrection.’
We know that the opening of "The Sixth Seal"
will trigger a great earthquake, solar eclipse, blood moon, and will knock
stars off their positions in space, as the sky rolls like a scroll, at the
shaking of "the powers of the heavens.” And, mountains and islands will be
out of place…
But, when ‘the
sign of The Son of Man appears in heaven’ (Mt. 24:30), this time abruptly
comes to an end.
And, a new-brief season breaks-in on GOD’s
prophetic-timeline, and into human history – ushering-in ‘the Next Major Event’
– “The First Resurrection.”
