The Presentation of Jesus Christ in the 66 Books of the Bible - Part 42

In 2nd Corinthians He is “the Giver of Grace and Strength.”
Christ is presented as the believer’s comfort and consolation.
For just as the sufferings of Christ flow over into our lives, so also through Christ our comfort overflows.
2 Cor. 1:5 NIV
He is our triumph.
But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumphal procession in Christ and through us spreads everywhere the fragrance of the knowledge of Him (2:14 NIV).
He is our Lord, He is our Light.
For we do not preach ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, Who said, "Let light shine out of darkness," made His Light shine in our hearts to give us the Light of the Knowledge of the Glory of God in the face of Christ (4:5-6 NIV).

He is the propitiation for our sins—He paid the penalty for our transgressions.
God made Him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the Righteousness of God (5:21 NIV).
He is God’s indescribable, unspeakable Gift (9:15). We belong to Him (10:7), and He is our Strength.
My Grace is sufficient for thee: for My Strength is made perfect in weakness.
