2014 YEAR of SALVATION AND DELIVERANCE

2014: YEAR of SALVATION AND DELIVERANCE
The LORDs Purpose and Design for His people this year is
Salvation and Deliverance.

Fourteen is the number for “Salvation” or “Deliverance.”
The immediate undeniable-need of a sinner is Salvation.
13 represents “sin,” it stands for “rebellion.” The next number after thirteen is 14; which represents “Salvation” or “Deliverance” from sin.
“The wages of sin is death…” (Rom.6:23).
23 is the number for “death.”
God delivers from sin and death.
For the Law of The Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
Rom 8:2 KJV

Israel was delivered from Egyptian bondage on the 14th day of the month.
When you enter the land that the Lord will give you as He promised, observe this ceremony. And when your children ask you, 'What does this ceremony mean to you?'  then tell them, 'It is the Passover sacrifice to the Lord, Who passed over the houses of the Israelites in Egypt and spared our homes when He struck down the Egyptians.'" Then the people bowed down and worshiped.
Ex 12:25-27 NIV

And so, “the Passover” begins on the 14th day of the Hebrew first month.
The Lord's Passover begins at twilight on the fourteenth day of the first month.
Lev 23:5 NIV

This shows that the number 14 is connected with deliverance or salvation.
There was a difference of 14 years between Ishmael, who Paul said was “born after the flesh,” and Isaac, whom he said was “a child of Promise” (read Gal.4:23, 28; Gen.16:16; 21:5).

In 2014, the enemy will spread his "programmed deadly virus" in the world. But there is deliverance for the righteous.
There can only be deliverance where there is danger.
In 2014, God will raise people who will serve Him in special ways, and bear testimony of Jesus, like He did with Paul, and the other faithful apostles.
We all fell to the ground, and I heard a Voice saying to me in Aramaic, '
Saul, Saul, why do you persecute Me? It is hard for you to kick against the goads.'
"Then I asked, 'Who are you, Lord?'
"'I am Jesus, Whom you are persecuting,' The Lord replied. 'Now get up and stand on your feet. I have appeared to you to appoint you as a servant and as a witness of what you have seen of Me and what I will show you. I will rescue you from your own people and from the Gentiles. I am sending you to them to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to Light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.'
Acts 26:14-18 NIV

The LORD Jesus communicated with Paul in Hebrew; He made known to him how dangerous it is and how badly it turns out for him to keep kicking against the goads—offering vain and perilous resistance. Paul was only hurting himself, but he was raised by The Lord to become “the apostle to the Gentiles” (Rom 11:13) –appointed as a servant and as a witness, opening their eyes to their true condition so that they may repent and live in the Light of God instead of in satan's darkness, so that they may receive forgiveness of their sins and God's glorious inheritance.

Now, a vivid lesson from Paul’s hardship with all on the ship in the storm:
Last night An Angel of The God Whose I am and Whom I serve stood beside me and said, 'Do not be afraid, Paul. You must stand trial before Caesar; and God has graciously given you the lives of all who sail with you.' So keep up your courage, men, for I have faith in God that it will happen just as He told me. Nevertheless, we must run aground on some island."
On the fourteenth night we were still being driven across the Adriatic Sea, when about midnight the sailors sensed they were approaching land. They took soundings and found that the water was a hundred and twenty feet deep. A short time later they took soundings again and found it was ninety feet deep. Fearing that we would be dashed against the rocks, they dropped four anchors from the stern and prayed for daylight. In an attempt to escape from the ship, the sailors let the lifeboat down into the sea, pretending they were going to lower some anchors from the bow. Then Paul said to the centurion and the soldiers, "Unless these men stay with the ship, you cannot be saved." So the soldiers cut the ropes that held the lifeboat and let it fall away.
Just before dawn Paul urged them all to eat. "For the last fourteen days," he said, "you have been in constant suspense and have gone without food — you haven't eaten anything. Now I urge you to take some food. You need it to survive. Not one of you will lose a single hair from his head."  After he said this, he took some bread and gave thanks to God in front of them all. Then he broke it and began to eat. They were all encouraged and ate some food themselves. Altogether there were 276 of us on board. When they had eaten as much as they wanted, they lightened the ship by throwing the grain into the sea.
When daylight came, they did not recognize the land, but they saw a bay with a sandy beach, where they decided to run the ship aground if they could. Cutting loose the anchors, they left them in the sea and at the same time untied the ropes that held the rudders. Then they hoisted the foresail to the wind and made for the beach. But the ship struck a sandbar and ran aground. The bow stuck fast and would not move, and the stern was broken to pieces by the pounding of the surf.
The soldiers planned to kill the prisoners to prevent any of them from swimming away and escaping. But the centurion wanted to spare Paul's life and kept them from carrying out their plan. He ordered those who could swim to jump overboard first and get to land. The rest were to get there on planks or on pieces of the ship. In this way everyone reached land in safety.
Acts 27:23-44 NIV

“The Angel Of The Lord” communicated to Paul with great confidence, even when appearance of every circumstances was against him.
Amidst the storm, when “the fourteenth night” was come, as they were still being driven across the Adriatic Sea, in verse 31, Paul said to the centurion and the soldiers, “Unless these men remain in the ship, you cannot be saved.”
In verse 33, on “the fourteenth day,” as the men went on without food, Paul urged them to eat. He took some bread and gave thanks to God in front of them all. Then he broke it and began to eat.
The Centurion spared Paul’s life, and so even all the men with him in the ship were delivered.
