The Millennial Reign of Christ

I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given
authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because
of their Testimony for Jesus and because of the Word of God. They had not
worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark on their
foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand
years. (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were
ended.) This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy are those who have
part in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but
they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with Him for a
thousand years.

The saints will reign with Christ for 1000 years.
This is known as “The Millennial Reign.”
The saints taken at “the Rapture,” and all the
saints that come out of “the Great Tribulation,” including God's two witnesses
who were killed in Revelation 11—all form part of what the Bible calls the
First Resurrection (read Rev. 11:3-12).
All who are part of “the First Resurrection” will
reign with Christ for a thousand years while the devil is bound up in the
abyss, before he is released for a short time. This resurrection includes all
“the glorified saints” in Heaven up to the time of Christ’s return [The Second
Coming].
But, all the people who died in the Earth not
finding their rest in Christ—the ungodly—will not be risen at that time—not
until the thousand years are ended. The rest of the dead did not come to life
at this time, for “the First Resurrection is of those who will reign with
Christ in The Millennium.
The second death has no power over those who have
part in “the First Resurrection” (v.6).
“… He who overcomes will not be hurt at all by the second death” (Rev
2:11NIV).
“The tribulation saints” will also not be hurt by
the second death; they were slain for the Word of GOD and for the Testimony
they bear for Jesus in “the Fifth Seal” (6:9).
The lake of fire is the second death (Rev. 20:14).
Surely, there will be “the resurrection of Life”
only for those who hear “the Voice of the Lord” [“the Voice of the Arch-Angel”]
and also, “the resurrection of damnation” to the ungodly.
Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that
are in the graves shall hear His Voice,
And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the
resurrection of Life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of
damnation (John 5:28-29 KJV).
And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that
there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust (Acts
24:15 KJV).
In Hebrews 11:35,
“the First Resurrection” is referred to as “a better resurrection.” The
righteous people of God will be raised to Eternal Life, but others to shame and
everlasting contempt.
Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the Earth will awake: some
to Everlasting Life, others to shame and everlasting contempt.

In Luke 14:14, the
Lord Jesus referred to the First Resurrection as “the resurrection of the
just.”
And thou shalt be blessed; for they cannot recompense thee: for thou
shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just.

The Imprisonment of Satan

And I saw an angel coming down out of Heaven, having the key to
the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain. He seized the dragon, that
ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand
years. He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep
him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended.
After that, he must be set free for a short time.

At the time of the continuation of the battle that
began in the valley of Megiddo, the devil himself is bound up for a thousand
years, thrown into the abyss, and shut up so he couldn’t lead the nations
astray for a thousand years.
This takes place just before the Millennial Reign of
Christ begins. So, while satan is bound for 1,000 years in the Abyss
(bottomless pit), Christ’s Millennial Reign on Earth with His saints takes
place.
If God is able to put the sinful angels into gloomy
dungeons in chains of darkness, to be held for Judgment (2 Peter 2:4), He is
able to imprison satan.
In Revelation 12, the great dragon was hurled down
to the Earth with his angels—they lost their place in the beautiful second
realm of heaven at that time; known to us now as the universe.
“…neither was their place found any more in heaven (v.8 KJV).
According to Revelation 20:7-8, when the thousand
years are over, Satan will be released from his prison and will go out to
deceive the nations in the four corners of the Earth — Gog and Magog — to
gather them for battle.

ESTHER
In Esther He is “the Faithful Guard sitting at the gate.”
Esther’s life
points to Christ’s work as our Advocate. This book reveals another satanic
threat to destroy the Jewish people and thus, the messianic line. God continues
to preserve His people in spite of opposition and danger, and nothing can
prevent the Coming of the Messiah.
Then Esther sent this reply to Mordecai: "Go, gather
together all the Jews who are in Susa, and fast for me. Do not eat or drink for
three days, night or day. I and my maids will fast as you do. When this is
done, I will go to the king, even though it is against the law. And if I
perish, I perish."

And Mordecai went out from the presence of the king in royal
apparel of blue and white, and with a great crown of gold, and with a garment
of fine linen and purple: and the city of Shushan rejoiced and was glad.
The Jews had light, and gladness, and joy, and honour.

the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew
unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:
With whom the kings of the earth have committed
fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the
wine of her fornication.
So he carried me away in the spirit into the
wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names
of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet
colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden
cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:
And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY,
BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the
saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I
wondered with great admiration.

Apostle John was privileged to meet one of the angels with the Vials of
God's Wrath, and "Mystery Babylon" was revealed to him. The
foundations of “Mystery Babylon” started in the ancient pagan world, but the
foundation built in the Church Age comes out of the replacement theology of the
Roman church.
Satan’s throne of false religion is built upon the seven hills of the
Vatican in Rome.
GOD’s Word in the book of
Revelation reveals that soon “Mystery Babylon” will become “One World Religion”
connected with “One World Economy,” and “One World Government.”
This is “the mystery of the
woman and of the beast” which John saw and was explained to him.
Then the angel said to me: "Why are you
astonished? I will explain to you the mystery of the woman and of the beast she
rides, which has the seven heads and ten horns. The beast, which you saw, once
was, now is not, and will come up out of the Abyss and go to his destruction.
The inhabitants of the earth whose names have not been written in the book of
life from the creation of the world will be astonished when they see the beast,
because he once was, now is not, and yet will come.
"This calls for a mind with wisdom. The seven
heads are seven hills on which the woman sits. They are also seven kings. Five
have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come; but when he does come, he must
remain for a little while. 11 The beast who once was, and now is not, is an
eighth king. He belongs to the seven and is going to his destruction.
"The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have
not yet received a kingdom, but who for one hour will receive authority as
kings along with the beast. They have one purpose and will give their power and
authority to the beast. They will make war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will
overcome them because He is Lord of lords and King of kings — and with Him will
be His called, chosen and faithful followers."
Then the angel said to me, "The waters you
saw, where the prostitute sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations and languages.
16 The beast and the ten horns you saw will hate the prostitute. They will
bring her to ruin and leave her naked; they will eat her flesh and burn her
with fire. For God has put it into their hearts to accomplish his purpose by
agreeing to give the beast their power to rule, until God's words are
fulfilled. The woman you saw is the great city that rules over the kings of the
earth."

Rome is ‘an idolatress,’ but
the city of New York is the great prostitute (harlot)—who is seated on many
waters (people of divers nations, races, tribes and cultures). The rulers of
the Earth have joined her in prostitution (idolatry).
How does this city intoxicate
kings and rulers, and the inhabitants of the Earth?
It is through her worship of
Mammon!
This is the idolatry
[spiritual adultery] by which this city deceives the whole world!
Mammon is her god; Satan’s
economic throne is in this city.
Our Lord Jesus said, “…you
cannot serve GOD and Mammon.”
No man can serve two
masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will
hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Mammon is ‘a world ruler’—a
false god—an evil corrupt influence of the devil which entices, masterminds,
rules and controls the minds of billions of people around the world.
New York is the city of its
enthronement!
This city’s aim is “One World
Economy” through “the cashless system.”
She is the woman seated on a
scarlet beast that was all covered with blasphemous titles (names).
She is robed in purple and
scarlet and bedecked with gold, precious stones, and pearls. She holds in her
hand a golden cup full of the accursed offenses and the filth of her lewdness
and vice. This cup is full with the wine of her adulteries [abominable things].
She has an inscription on her
forehead; a name of mystery [with a secret symbolic meaning]: Babylon the
Great, the Mother of Prostitutes (idolatresses) and of the filth and atrocities
and abominations of the Earth (chapter 17 verse 5).
This is a city high in immorality
and greed!
She is ‘the mother of idol
worship’ everywhere around the World!
She is ‘a notorious
prostitute’ in gay and gaudy appearance—she is the capital of the world wide
network that promotes homosexuality.
She has all the attraction of
worldly honor and riches, pomp and pride, suited to worldly minds.
The trillions of US dollars
which sponsors the beast’s world-wide network, ecommerce and its diabolical
mark (biochip) electronic system runs through this infamous city!
In verse 6, John saw that this
woman (city) is drunk with the blood of the saints and martyrs who witness for
Jesus. This city sponsors terror and execution of the saints.
This woman [city] sits on a
scarlet blasphemous beast which has seven heads and ten horns. She rides on
“Fortress Europe” otherwise known as
“Revised Rome.”
Rome is the city on seven
hills, infamous for idolatry, tyranny, and blasphemy.
New York is hugely financially
connected with the European confederacy which
is today, a world rising empire!
This city champions the major
cost of setting up the New World Order with its affiliated organizations:
United Nations (UN), European Union (EU), et cetera.
She is the great city that rules
over the kings of the earth (17:18).
The ‘scarlet blasphemous beast’
on which she rides, will produce ‘the beast’— a man that will lead the European
Union and subjugate most countries of the world in 3 ½ years. This man—“the man
of sin” is spoken of in Revelation 13:1-5 as a blasphemous
beast having seven heads and ten horns—rising out of “the sea” [Europe-a
densely populated continent of people of divers nations, languages and color].
In Revelation 18:1-3 Apostle
John saw another angel come down from Heaven and announced the fall of this
great ‘Babylon City.’
After
this I saw another angel coming down from Heaven. He had great authority, and
the earth was illuminated by his splendor. With a mighty voice he shouted:
"Fallen!
Fallen is Babylon the Great!
She
has become a home for demons
and
a haunt for every evil spirit,
a
haunt for every unclean and detestable bird.
For
all the nations have drunk
the
maddening wine of her adulteries.
The
kings of the earth committed adultery with her,
and
the merchants of the earth grew rich from her excessive luxuries" (NIV).
Apostle John also saw the
Judgment (sentence, doom, the punishment) of the great whore that seats on many
waters.
There are seven bowls of God's
Wrath reserved for "Babylon" and the inhabitants of the Earth who
worship “the beast” and received his image (Revelation 16).
The LORD also made it clear to
Prophet Jeremiah, that Babylon will be judged.
For thus saith the Lord God of Israel unto me; Take
the wine cup of this fury at My hand, and cause all the nations, to whom I send
thee, to drink it.
And they shall drink, and be moved, and be mad,
because of the sword that I will send among them.
Jer 25:15-16 KJV
In Revelation 19 we see a
vivid description of our LORD Who is Conqueror of the nations—KING of kings and
LORD of lords.
I saw Heaven standing open and there before me was
a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With Justice He judges
and makes war. His eyes are like blazing
fire, and on His head are many crowns. He has a name written on Him that no one
knows but He Himself. He is dressed in a robe dipped in Blood, and His Name is
the Word of God. The armies of Heaven were following Him, riding on white
horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. Out of His mouth comes a
sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. "He will rule them with
an iron scepter." He treads the winepress of the fury of the Wrath of God
Almighty. On His robe and on His thigh He has this Name written:
KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

HE will vanquish “the beast”
with its horde—kings, generals, armies, armaments, mighty men, horses and their
riders.
And I saw an angel standing in the sun, who cried
in a loud voice to all the birds flying in midair, "Come, gather together for
the great supper of God, so that you may eat the flesh of kings, generals, and
mighty men, of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all people, free and
slave, small and great."
Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and
their armies gathered together to make war against the Rider on the horse and
His army. But the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had
performed the miraculous signs on his behalf. With these signs he had deluded
those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped his image. The two
of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur. The rest of
them were killed with the sword that came out of the mouth of the Rider on the
horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh.

NEHEMIAH
In Nehemiah He is “the Rebuilder of everything that is broken.”
Nehemiah portrays
Christ in His ministry of Restoration. He illustrates Christ in that he gives
up a high position in order to identify with the plight of his people; he comes
with a specific mission and fulfills it; and his life is characterized by
prayerful dependence upon God.
So the wall was completed on the twenty-fifth of Elul, in
fifty-two days. When all our enemies heard about this, all the surrounding
nations were afraid and lost their self-confidence, because they realized that
this work had been done with the help of our God.

EZRA
In Ezra He is “the Faithful Scribe.”
Ezra arrived in Jerusalem in the fifth month of the seventh year
of the king. He had begun his journey from Babylon on the first day of the
first month, and he arrived in Jerusalem on the first day of the fifth month,
for the gracious hand of his God was on him. For Ezra had devoted himself to
the study and observance of the Law of the Lord, and to teaching its decrees
and laws in Israel.

In Revelation 1, we
see that Christ gave “The Revelation of Jesus Christ” to John, even as He
received from the Father. Apostle John was to show this “Revelation” to the
servants of God—that is, “the Word of God and the Testimony of Jesus Christ,”
and “what must soon take place.”
The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His
servants what must soon take place. He made it known by sending His angel to
His servant John, who testifies to everything he saw — that is, the Word of God
and the Testimony of Jesus Christ. Blessed is the one who reads the Words of
this Prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is
written in it, because the time is near.

The One Who has
this Testimony is the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, Who has conquered and holds in
His right hand the scroll with seven seals. He alone is worthy to break the seals and open the scroll.
Then I saw in the right hand of Him Who sat on the Throne a
scroll with writing on both sides and sealed with seven seals. And I saw a
mighty angel proclaiming in a loud voice, "Who is worthy to break the
seals and open the scroll?" But no one in Heaven or on Earth or under the
Earth could open the scroll or even look inside it. I wept and wept because no
one was found who was worthy to open the scroll or look inside. Then one of the
elders said to me, "Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the
Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven
seals."
Then I saw a Lamb, looking as if it had been slain, standing in
the center of the Throne, encircled by the four living creatures and the
elders. He had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God
sent out into all the Earth. He came and took the scroll from the right hand of
Him Who sat on the Throne. And when He had taken it, the four living creatures
and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp and
they were holding golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the
saints. And they sang a new song:
"You are worthy to take the scroll
and to open its seals,
because you were slain,
and with Your Blood You purchased men for God
from every tribe and language and people and nation.
You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God,
and they will reign on the Earth."

The Book of Ezra
reveals God’s continued fulfillment of His promise to keep David’s descendants
alive.
In Israel the
messianic promises are to be fulfilled, because they are connected with such
places as Bethlehem, Jerusalem, and Zion. Christ was to be born in Bethlehem
(Mic. 5:2), not in Babylon.
The Riches of the Wisdom and Knowledge of God

the depth of the riches both of the Wisdom and Knowledge of God! how
unsearchable are His judgments, and His ways past finding out!

who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been His counsellor?

When we consider what happened at Calvary’s cross,
we must understand three crucial things:
The sin of mankind nailed Jesus to the cross. All
mankind was responsible for the crucifixion of our Savior. The Roman soldiers,
the people watching, and you and I are guilty, for it was our sins—collectively
and individually—that caused Him to come to earth to give Himself willingly as
the ultimate sacrifice.
God’s Love is overwhelming. It was at the cross
where both God the Father and Jesus His Son gave history’s greatest gift.
The Savior willingly gave Himself as the only means
to the Father. “Jesus
saith unto him, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life: no man cometh unto the
Father, but by Me” (John 14:6).
Christ was sinless, innocent, and pure, yet He
became our Sin-Bearer. Instead of symbolically cleansing us from defilement and
death, the Lord cleansed us from actual sin.
It was through His sacrifice at Calvary that the
Lord Jesus removed the ultimate obstacle, sin, that had caused centuries of
estrangement between God and mankind, thereby allowing the restoration of
intimate fellowship with the Father:
For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior;
Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the Truth.
For there is one God, and one Mediator between God and men, the man Christ
Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time (1
Timothy 2:3-6).
You and I were once bound in sin, but the Lamb of
God was sinless. Through Him and the price He paid to set us free, we have salvation
and deliverance: “In
Whom we have redemption through His Blood, the forgiveness of sins, according
to the riches of His Grace” (Ephesians 1:7).
This redemption is what the Apostle Paul pointed to
when he wrote: “For
ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your
spirit, which are God’s” (1 Corinthians 6:20).

This is a continuation of the battle that began in
the Valley of Megiddo. The event of “the Rider on the White Horse” will be “The
Second Coming of Christ.” This will take place after “the Wedding Supper of the
Lamb.”
He returns with the armies of Heaven, including the
Bride.
He is called “Faithful and True”—He is Trustworthy
and Just—He passes judgment and wages war in Righteousness. He is called “The

The Son of God goes to War!
He is mighty and awesome!
The Prophecy against Gog in Ezekiel 39 will be
fulfilled at the Return of Jesus Christ. Even then, “the beast” and his “false
prophet” whose Babylon fell in Revelation 18, will be captured and cast into
the lake of fire. And then, the kings of the Earth and their troops mustered
against the Lord in the Battle of Armageddon shall be slain with the sword that
comes out of the mouth of the Rider on the White Horse.
The Rider on the White Horse comes with the hosts of
Heaven after “the Great Tribulation” on the Earth.
"Immediately after the distress of those days
"'the sun will be darkened,
and the moon will not give its light;
the stars will fall from the sky,
and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.'
"At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the
sky, and all the nations of the Earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man
coming on the clouds of the sky, with Power and great Glory. And He will send
His angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather His Elect from the
four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
Matt 24:29-31 NIV
Let's read this same prophecy, from Luke's
perspective.
"There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth,
nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the
sea. Men will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world,
for the heavenly bodies will be shaken. At that time they will see the Son of
Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. When these things begin to
take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing
near."
Luke 21:25-28 NIV
Note that the appearances of darkened sun, blood
moon, partial blood moon, partial eclipse, total eclipse, annular eclipse,
hybrid solar eclipse and the rest 'solar phenomena' are all part of the signs
of the Advent of Christ. They all have prophetic value.
Apostle John records in the first chapter of the
Book of Revelation:
Behold, He cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see Him, and
they also which pierced Him: and all kindreds of the Earth shall wail because
of Him. Even so, Amen.
Rev 1:7 KJV
This time, the Son of Man comes for the Elect
(144,000).
Judgment comes upon the Earth as “The Day of the
Lord” begins.
Prophet Joel Prophesied concerning “The Day of the
Lord.”
The Lord thunders at the head of His army;
His forces are beyond number, and mighty are those who obey His
Command.
The Day of the Lord is great; it is dreadful.
Who can endure it?
Joel 2:11 NIV
The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood
before the coming of the great and dreadful Day of the Lord.
Joel 2:31 NIV
Zephaniah also prophesied it.
The great Day of the Lord is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly,
even the voice of the Day of the Lord: the mighty man shall cry there bitterly.
That Day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day
of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds
and thick darkness,
A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, and
against the high towers.

The Wedding Supper of the Lamb

Let us rejoice and be glad and give Him Glory!
For the Wedding of the Lamb has come,
and His Bride has made herself ready.
Fine linen, bright and clean, was given her to wear."
(Fine linen stands for
the righteous acts of the saints.)
Then the angel said to me, "Write: 'Blessed are those who
are invited to the Wedding Supper of the Lamb!'" And he added, "These
are the true Words of God."
At this I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me,
"Do not do it! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers who
hold to the Testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the Testimony of Jesus is the
Spirit of Prophecy."
Rev 19:7-10 NIV
Just before the Lord will lift up a banner against
Babylon the Great, and carry out His final Purpose and Decree against her in
the Second Coming of Christ—the Wedding Supper of the Lamb takes place first.
In the fulfillment of this passage, Jesus Christ
will wed His triumphant Bride.
Regarding the time of its fulfillment, Psalm 118:24
says, "This
is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it"
(KJV).
This responds to verse 7 which declares:
“Let us rejoice and be glad
and give Him Glory!
For the Wedding of the Lamb has come,
and His Bride has made herself ready.”
On that Day, Christ will exceedingly rejoice as a
Bridegroom over His Royal Bride.
He will take His Bride to the royal Heavenly
banquet; His banner over His Bride is Love (see SOS.2:4). His redeemed Church
is the Bride of His choice whom He gave His life for (read Eph.5:25).
When John the Baptist bore his last testimony of
Christ, before he was killed, he made a remarkable statement in which he
referred to Him as "the Bridegroom":
The Bride belongs to the Bridegroom. The friend who attends the
Bridegroom waits and listens for Him, and is full of joy when he hears the
Bridegroom's Voice. That joy is mine, and it is now complete.
John 3:29 NIV
John the Baptist was Jesus' cousin, who was sent as
His forerunner, yet he referred to Him as "the Bridegroom."
In Revelation chapter 21, an angel showed to John
the Beloved, "the wife of the Lamb"—the New Jerusalem—the Holy City prepared
for those whose names are written in the Lamb's Book of Life—who hold to the
Testimony of Jesus.
The Holy Spirit is the One Who prepares the Bride for
that great Day, this is why Revelation 22:17 says:
"And the
Spirit and the Bride say, "Come!"
“Blessed are they which are called unto the Marriage Supper of the
Lamb…” (19:9 KJV)
Apostle John
received "The Revelation of Jesus Christ," "the Word of
God," "the Testimony of Jesus Christ," and "the Words of
Prophecy."
The Book of
Revelation is prophetic.
Revelation 1:3
says:
Blessed is the one who reads the Words of
this Prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is
written in it, because the time is near (NIV).
Chapter 22, verse 7
declares:
"Behold, I am coming soon! Blessed is he
who keeps the Words of the Prophecy in this Book" (NIV).
"Worship God! For the Testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of
Prophecy" (19:10 NIV).
The very substance
(essence) of the Truth revealed in Christ Jesus is the Spirit of Prophecy—Who
is ‘the vital breath,’ ‘the divine inspiration’ of the preaching of the Gospel
of the Kingdom, the teaching of the Word, and the interpretation of the divine
Will and Purpose of God Almighty.
