As you celebrate all that Christ did at Calvary,
remember the millions, even billions, who still have never heard the salvation
message—not once!
God has promised a very special blessing to you and
me as we work together to proclaim the Message of Salvation:
“How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that
bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of
good, that publisheth salvation” (Isaiah 52:7).
That is our purpose and privilege, both during this
Resurrection season and throughout the year—to spread the Gospel!
After His death, burial, and resurrection, and just
before ascending to Heaven, Jesus said to His disciples, “Go ye into all the world, and preach the
Gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15).
Today this same Jesus is calling you and me to do
the same, to go into all the world to preach His blessed Gospel and tell all
nations that He is the Lamb of God, slain for the sins of the world; that He is
the One who takes away the sins of the world; that He is the “the Way, the
Truth, and the Life” (John 14:6)!
For the glorious and eternal cause of our precious
Lord Jesus Christ.
