His glorious NAMES,
designated Titles and divine Office.
The English word: God
is translated from the Hebrew word, Elohim—which is a noun implying more than
One in unity.
One God composed of
more than One divine Person.
The Name Of The Lord
is a strong tower:
the righteous runneth
into it, and is safe.
Proverbs 18:10 KJV
Jehovah Eloheeka
I Am The Lord thy God
And God spake all these Words, saying,
I am The Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land
of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
Ex 20:1-2 KJV
GOD revealed and illustrated this to the nation of
Israel in the giving of the Ten Commandments to Moses in Exodus 20. And these
preceding verses expresses Him as “The LORD our GOD”
The Law was given by GOD -The Divine Being, Who is
Supreme Legislator.
Some learned men are of opinion that the TEN COMMANDMENTS
were delivered on May 30, being then the Day of Pentecost.
