Jehovah Mekaddishkem
The Lord our Sanctifier
The blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkled on those who are ceremonially unclean sanctify them so that they are outwardly clean. 14 How much more, then, will the Blood of Christ, Who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the Living God!
Heb 9:13-14 NIV

One of the results of the priestly work of Christ for us is our sanctification. We are sanctified by “the Truth.”
Jesus prayed to The Father for us:
Sanctify them by the Truth; Your Word is Truth.
John 17:17 NIV

He is “the Truth” that sanctifies us. He is “the Word”—“the Word of Truth.”
That’s why in verse 19, He prayed:
For them I sanctify Myself, that they too may be truly sanctified.
NIV

God signified and showed the Power and efficacy of the Blood of The Lamb by permitting the Old Testament sacrifices. The blood of animals only made men outwardly clean, it only purified the flesh. It was only able to free the outward man from ceremonial uncleanness and from temporal punishment, and entitled him to, and fitted him for, some external privileges.
But Christ, through the virtue of His eternal Spirit [His own preexistent divine personality] offered Himself as an unblemished sacrifice to GOD THE FATHER, and His Blood purified our consciences from dead works and lifeless observances.

What is it that makes “THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST” so powerful?
First, as our High Priest, He offered Himself to GOD THE FATHER; His human nature surrendered to His divine Nature. As the Lamb Of GOD, He was slain on the golden altar in the temple in Heaven—His sacrifice on the Cross of Calvary is His total submission to the Will of GOD.
Secondly, as “The Mediator Of A New Covenant” He offered up Himself to GOD through the eternal Spirit. He has always The Holy Ghost without measure, helping Him in His human life and ministry, and in this great act of obedience offered Himself up to GOD THE FATHER.

Thirdly, Christ offered Himself to GOD without spot, without any sinful stain either in His nature or life; this was conformable to the Law of sacrifices, which required unblemished sacrifice.

The efficacy of CHRIST's BLOOD is very great. It is sufficient to purge the conscience from dead works; it reaches to the very soul and conscience, the defiled soul; defiled with sin. As the touching of a dead body gave a legal uncleanness, so meddling with sin gives a moral and real defilement, fixes it in the very soul; but the BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST has efficacy to purge it out.
THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB purges away that guilt, which separates us from GOD, and by the sanctification and renewal of our souls through the gracious influences of THE HOLY SPIRIT, as we are purchased by CHRIST for this purpose, that we might be enabled to serve the LIVING GOD in a lively manner.

Verse 15 says:
For this reason Christ is the Mediator of a New Covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance — now that He has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first Covenant.
Heb 9:15 NIV

Without the tabernacle, there would be no altar. Without the altar, there would be no sacrifice. Without sacrifice, there would be no redemption. And without redemption, there would be no freedom from ‘the curse of sin’; which is death.
Without redemption, there is no protection, because the wages of sin is death (Rom 6:23a).

We know that the Gift of God to us is eternal Life, which we have received through Christ (Rom 6:23b).

GOD gave a message to Moses on Mount Sinai—a sign between GOD and Israel for all generations, which showed that HE is THE LORD, WHO MAKES HIS people Holy.
He gave him the two tablets of the Testimony, the tablets of stone inscribed by the finger of God (Ex 31:12-15).

Without the shedding of HIS BLOOD there is no forgiveness of sins (Ex 31:22)
The Blood Of Christ through The Holy Spirit was offered to GOD. Therefore, we are made clean from our sins, and saved from its full payment which is eternal condemnation. So we can now serve The Living God!
May God Himself, The God of Peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. The One Who calls you is faithful and He will do it.
1 Thess. 5:23-24 NIV
