Things the Antichrist will Do
that will Mark his Characteristics

will try to change the set times and the laws
He will speak against
The Most High and oppress His saints and try to change the set times and the
laws. The saints will be handed over to him for a time, times and half a
time.
Dan 7:25 NIV
The antichrist will try to make alterations in times
and seasons, and in the laws; he will try to change the Jewish sacred festivals,
moral practice, and laws. He will make a declaration against the Jewish
customs.
He will intend to change GOD’s appointed feasts for
Israel which were instituted in the times of the Old Testament.
Why would the antichrist attempt to change these
feasts?
Because, this feasts today, in the New Covenant are appointments
in GOD's biblical calendar. They are “the Feasts of The LORD”—days of ‘holy
convocations.’ There significances are as follows:
“The Passover” (Lev 23:5) points to The Lamb Of God
Who went to the cross and takes away the sins of the world (John 1:29); “The
Feast Of Unleavened Bread” (Lev 23:6) points to The Bread Of Life by Whom we
have Eternal Life (John 6:35); “The Feast Of FirstFruits” (Lev 23:10) points to
The Resurrection Of Jesus Christ from the dead—as He is The Resurrection And
The Life (1 Cor 15:20); “The Feast Of Pentecost” (Lev 23:15-16) speaks of “The
Descent Of The Holy Spirit” which fulfills ‘the Promise of The Father’ to us (Acts
2:1-4); “The Feast Of Trumpets” (Lev 23:24)
points to “The Rapture” which is imminent (1 Cor 15:51-52); “The
Day Of Atonement” (Lev 23:26-27) significant with “The Second Coming Of Christ”
(Matt 24:30-31); and “The
Feast Of Tabernacles” (Lev 23:33-34) points to “The Millennial Reign of Christ”
(Rev 19:11-16).
