Purpose Of Prayer

Purpose Of Prayer

GOD unravels mysteries to us as we wait in the Presence of The LORD.
Call unto Me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.
Jer 33:3 KJV

We need strength and courage to wait on The LORD, and these come from Him as we begin to wait, day by day.
Wait on The Lord: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on The Lord.
Ps 27:14 KJV

Remember that GOD requires from us: all our heart, all our mind, all our strength, and all our soul, to love Him.
And thou shalt love The Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
Deut 6:5 KJV

And thou shalt love The Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first Commandment.
Mark 12:30 KJV

To serve GOD faithfully, you will need all of the power of your human emotions; all of your sensitivity; all of your intellect; all of your consciousness; and all of your might. Your whole being is required! Your spirit, soul, and body!
So is the “business” of prayer. Prayer is omnipotent. It is all-powerful and supreme over every other act of worship.
“Wisdom is the principal thing”, King Solomon said, but when you get wisdom, use it to access the Throne of GOD through prayer.

Your prayer to GOD can be a request, supplication, a petition, a warfare or even exaltation. When we pray, we communicate to GOD; but when we meditate, He communicates back to us.
