God’s Heart Revealed
Heart in Hands It is our strategic and vital
responsibility to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ:
“Necessity
is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the Gospel” (1
Corinthians 9:16).
Jesus Christ
placed a great urgency for us to take His life-changing and miracle-working Message
to the nations:
“Say
not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? Behold, I say unto
you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to
harvest” (John 4:35).
We are also
reminded throughout Scripture of the all-important need for people who are
called and sent to spread the Gospel:
For
whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall
they call on Him in Whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in
Him of Whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
And how shall they preach, except they be sent? (Romans 10:13-15).
This is
God’s heart revealed! He desires for all to hear and receive His Word! He
places such a monumental priority on fulfilling His desire by going forth to
proclaim the Gospel to the lost and hurting around the globe. What we do, we
must do now! We must act!
