The Feast Of Unleavened Bread

“The Feast Of Unleavened Bread”

And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto The Lord: seven days ye must eat unleavened bread.
Lev 23:6 KJV

The LORD'S Feast of Unleavened Bread was to begin on the morning after the Passover lamb was sacrificed and to last for seven day. It was so called because it commemorated the hasty flight from Egypt when God told Israel not to leaven their bread, and so, they celebrated this feast with bread made without yeast.

The Jews also call this feast, “the festival of matzah.” Unleavened bread in Hebrew is called “matzah”

“The Feast of Unleavened Bread” points to “The Bread Of Life” —Who is Jesus Christ, GOD’s Only begotten Son.
And Jesus said unto them, I am The Bread Of Life: he that cometh to Me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on Me shall never thirst.
John 6:35 KJV

He is “The Bread” which is Life—“The Bread” that came down from Heaven (see verse 41).
Because Jesus is The Bread which gives Eternal Life, He has promised that the person who comes to Him, and believes that He is the great atoning sacrifice, and receives His Gospel and His teachings (doctrine), shall be perfectly satisfied.
